Completed comprehensive sewer camera inspection for a Gurnee, IL homeowner. Detected issues like blockages and deteriorated pipes. Ductwork video inspection service call. Checked ducts underneath slab floor. Concrete ducts with metal fittings. Recommended spray lining ducts with duct armor to repair any gabs in the ductwork.
Drain line repair service call. Rodded kitchen sink 2” line out to septic tank. Filled sink several times and hear water pouring into septic heavily. Cannot see I let to septic as it is too far back in tank. If main line was to be lined or descaled it would need to have a clean out installed on the line. Televised ducts to verify no additional water is entering ducts at this time. We will schedule to touch up ducts in areas where sink water had made its way in

Spray lining underground air ducts in Gurnee. Ducts a re concrete possibly transite ducts with metal connections and couplings that are rusting. Spray lining the ducts with Duct Armor duct lining material will rehabilitate the rusting metal encapsulate the concrete and seal the joints preventing dirt from entering the system from outside the pipes.
Video inspection of underground ducts. Ducts are PVC ducts with metal elbows. Ducts are getting water in during heavy rains. Downspouts need to be extended away from building to reduce the water level under the house. Customer may need to install a sump pit and pump if extending downspouts does not work. After the water issue is resolved the ducts should be spray lined with Duct Armor Duct lining material.
