Bob was very professional and knowledgeable. So far this was only the first visit to gather information in order to prepare a proposal so I cannot rate the service or cost yet.

Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete with metal fittings and connections. There was standing g water in the ducts in the sunken living room g room area. Ran water in the kitchen sink and see water entering the pipe. Suspect a leaking elbow under the furnace. Suggest repairing the sink drain line then after that is done suggest spray lining ducts to encapsulate them because of contaminated water.
Televised sewer from outside clean out approximately 70ft to city and 35 ft to stack. Clay tile has heavy roots at many joints. Was only able to get camera past 30ft with guide on front. Will provide a proposal for lining.
I recently completed a trenchless sewer repair using the Perma-Liner™ trenchless pipe lining system. I accessed the damaged sewer line through an existing cleanout and employed a high-pressure water jet to thoroughly clean the pipe, eliminating all debris and obstructions. Then, I inserted a resin-saturated liner into the pipe, utilizing an inversion drum to inflate it. The liner was cured in place with steam, creating a new, seamless pipe within the existing one, effectively sealing all cracks and leaks.
Following the cleaning and descaling of the sewer line, we inserted a 4" liner through the existing overhead clean-out. It commenced just after the junction with the cast iron and continued for roughly 14 feet downstream, halting prior to the septic tank's baffle outside the residence.

Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are spiral wound metal and are severely rusted with standing water in the front of the house and the plenum. Suggest installing a pit and pump outside in the front of the house and then spin cast mortaring and spray lining the ducts afterwards.
Ductwork video inspection service call. Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete ducts possibly transite with metal fittings. Duct run in living room ion front of house is lower than all others in the house and gets water during times of rain. Suggest extending downspouts first but if that does not solve the problem a sump pit and pump should be installed in the garage and discharge out front or side of garage. Once water is resolved the ducts should be spray lied with Duct Armor duct lining material.
Ductwork repair and air duct sealing service call. Cleaned air conditioner underground ducts. Applied first application of Duct Armor.
Installed sump pump pit near back right side of house near ac unit. Cored trough foundation wall and installed a section of perforated drain tile into the house. The drain tile is connected to the sump pump pit and the water will dump into the pit. Ran the sump pvc discharge line along the back right side of house. Backfilled around the pit with 3/4” stone. Put soil and sod back on top of stone.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete transite ducts. Ducts look to be in good condition and metal fittings are not rusted. Suggest spray lining ducts to encapsulate concrete.
Televised sewer from outside clean out approximately 50ft to city main sewer. Sewer is 6” clay tile and has slight root growth at several joints but appears to be in good condition with no major offsets or cracks.
