Cleaned air conditioner underground ducts. Applied first application of Duct Armor.
Installed sump pump pit near back right side of house near ac unit. Cored trough foundation wall and installed a section of perforated drain tile into the house. The drain tile is connected to the sump pump pit and the water will dump into the pit. Ran the sump pvc discharge line along the back right side of house. Backfilled around the pit with 3/4” stone. Put soil and sod back on top of stone.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete transite ducts. Ducts look to be in good condition and metal fittings are not rusted. Suggest spray lining ducts to encapsulate concrete.
Televised sewer from outside clean out approximately 50ft to city main sewer. Sewer is 6” clay tile and has slight root growth at several joints but appears to be in good condition with no major offsets or cracks.
3/28/23: Lined sewer from clean out near front porch 26’ downstream landing in pvc pipe. Lined sewer from clean out near sidewalk east of property downstream to city main 50’. 3/14/23: Televised and cleaned line got measurements for liners to be installed.
Removed water heater and existing sump pump, cored 4” hole through foundation wall excavated cavity under slab installed section of 4” perforated drain tile pipe under slab lower then duct work to take ground water to existing sump pit in basement, sealed around pipe at foundation wall with hydraulic cement, ran 2” drain line to sump pit, reinstalled water heater and existing sump pump.
Televised ducts under a slab floor. Ducts are concrete ducts with metal fittings and connections that are very rusted. There was standing water in the back portion of the house. Suggest possible sump pit in back of house then spin cast mortaring and spray lining ducts with Duct Armor duct lining material.
Televised sewer from outside clean outs to main. Sewer has roots in several areas. Suggest installing two liners one from clean out under driveway and one from clean out near sidewalk to across the street to city main.
We are applying our second of 2 applications of our duct lining material to all the underground duct work which is under the concrete slab.
Under slab air duct inspection showed that the ducts were Transite ducts with asbestos and the metal elbows tees and connectors were very rusted and deteriorated. Applied a spin cast mortar to the metal fit inns and plenum under the furnace then spray lined the entire system with Duct Armor duct lining material to provide a clean healthy breathing environment.
We are cleaning all the underground duct work, applying our trenchless cast mortar to all the metal fittings to restructure the weak rusted metal in preparation for spray lining the entire underground duct work system with our duct lining material.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete possibly Transite with asbestos with metal fittings and connections that are heavily rusted. There was standing water in the line in the back of the house. All downspouts need to be extended away from the house to help reduce water level. The back patio is also cracked and pitching towards the house. There is also room wher the ground against the house could be raised and pitched away from the house. After water issue is resolved the ducts should be spin cast mortared and spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are metal and very rusted. Downspouts all need to be extended to reduce the water level. Once that is done ducts need to be spin cast mortared to restore the structure then spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material.
We are applying the second application of our rubberized duct lining material to all of the deteriorated underground duct work. The air ducts will be completely sealed and dirt and debris will no longer enter the system.
