For as much as I disliked even having to do this work, the entire team at Trenchless made me feel comfortable with my decision and made it a pleasant experience. They answered all my questions and listened to my concerns with patience. I do believe the work was extremely necessary and will be beneficial. With limited providers, I was relieved they were so great to work with and the disruption was minimal. I'd recommend to people if they have rusted vents, stop delaying because the rust and stress just grows and just choose Trenchless.

Televised and cleaned furnace box and register vent by back door in kitchen. Repaired furnace box and register vent by backdoor in kitchen with hydraulic cement. Applied duct armor to furnace box and register vent by back door.
Televised ducts to confirm footages for spin casting and lining.
Did a video inspection of the 2” kitchen sink drain line from under kitchen sink found hole at bottom of 2” drain near tee connection, bottom of pipe completely missing line was holding water but ran clear water to get good view of missing pipe. Too many connections and turns in 2” run to line needs to be broke up and replaced. 4” line appears to be in good condition. Recommended replacing all 2” pipe underground while hole is open and cabinets are removed to prevent having to remove and open floor again in future.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete ducts with metal fitting that are rusted as well as the plenum under the furnace. Will provide a proposal for spin cast mortaring the metal fittings the spray lining the system with Duct Armor duct lining material.
Televised ducts and see they are filled with water that has an odor. Ran watrer in the kitchen sink and see water movement in the ducts. Ran water in the tub and also see water movement in the ducts. Suggest a plumber repairs the kitchen sink and the tub line. Will provide a proposal for spin cast mortaring and spray lining the ducts after water issue is resolved.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete with metal fittings. Provide proposal to repair plenum then spray line ducts with Duct Armor.
Televised ducts under slab floor in basement addition room. Ducts are galvanized metal ducts and are extremely rusted and deteriorated. Suggest spin cast mortaring to restore the structure then spray lining with Duct Armor duct lining material.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete ducts with metal fittings. The plenum is very rusted as are some of the register opening. Will provide a quote for spray lining system with DuctAtmor duct lining material.
Cleaned all underground duct work. Applied first application of duct armor to all underground duct work.
Under slab ductwork video inspection service call. Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete possibly transite with metal fittings that are rusted. Suggest spin cast mortaring of metal fittings then spray lining ducts with Duct Armor. A sump pump installation may be necessary to control the water issue.
Hydrojetting service call. Jetting line upstream all the way to city main and installed spot repair liner for about 30 feet. Performed descaling service as well.
Under slab leak detection service call. Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete with metal fittings that are showing signs of rust. Provide updated proposal for spin cast mortaring and then spray lining.
Air duct inspection service call. Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete possibly Transite with metal fittings. Recommend air duct lining. Provide proposal for spray lining with Duvt Armor duct lining material.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete ducts possibly Transite with metal fittings and connections that are very rusted. There was water throughout the system. The current sump pit and pump is not deep enough and should be deeper. Once the water issue is resolved the ducts should be spin cast nmortared then spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material.

Also suggest grading on left side of house and possible sump pit and pump. Once water is resolved then spin cast mortaring and spray lining of ducts should be done.
