Extremely pleasant to work with

For as much as I disliked even having to do this work, the entire team at Trenchless made me feel comfortable with my decision and made it a pleasant experience. They answered all my questions and listened to my concerns with patience. I do believe the work was extremely necessary and will be beneficial. With limited providers, I was relieved they were so great to work with and the disruption was minimal. I'd recommend to people if they have rusted vents, stop delaying because the rust and stress just grows and just choose Trenchless.

Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete ducts with metal fittings and connections that are severely rusted. The elbows on three f the ducts are rusted away and gone. Areas in the utility room and the bathroom would need to be dug up and elbows repaired then the system spin cast mortared and then spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material.

We are cleaning all of the dust and debris out of the heavily rusted underground duct work with our special high powered vacuum. We are then going to apply two applications of our rubberized duct lining material to the entire system. The air ducts will be completely sealed and dust and debris will no longer flow out of the air vents and into the customer’s home.

Trenchless Innovations preformed a video inspection of under concrete air ducts. We found the air pipes are Transite ducts with possible asbestos fibers. We propose to Encapsulate the Transite with Duct Armor.

Did a video inspection of underground air ducts under a slab, transite/ concrete pipes with metal connectors and elbows that were heavily rusted out allowing backfill to enter system.

Televised ducts under slab floor in basement area. Ducts are PVC with metal coupling and fittings. Customer is getting slightly elevated radon gas levels. Radon company suggested sealing ducts prior to installing a radon system. Suggest spray lining the ducts with Duct Armor duct lining material.

Suggest spray lining the ducts with Duct Armor duct lining material. This will restore the metal ducts and also encapsulate the concrete pipes.

Suggest installing an outside sump pit and pump to control the water then spray lining the ducts with Duct Armor to encapsulate the concrete and rehabilitate the rusting metal.

We lined the sewer from a clean out on the overhead stack, lined about 6’ out from the house starting our liner in the 4” PVC and ending our liner in the 6” PVC, lining through a break/ shift on the 4” cast just outside the foundation wall that was getting heavy root growth causing the sewer to back up. With the liner it smooths out the shifted pipe and keeps the roots from growing into the pipe causing sewer back ups. Also saves the customer from having to do any restoration work on the yard.
