Sewer Line Relining

The team at Trenchless Technology is extremely knowledgably and experienced with the techniques used for pipe lining /CIPP. They were very detailed with both their pre-estimate inspection and with the actual relining. Their experience, ability, and confidence were evident and made them the best choice for the work that I needed to get done.

Sewer video inspection service call. Televised sewer from overhead clean out in basement to septic tank. Sewer is all pvc and looks to be in good condition. With no cracks dips or shears.

Televised sewer from pulled toilet and inspected cast iron. Cast iron looks good under the slab, but determined that the elbow in the basement is starting to deteriorate and that is what is leaking. Suggest a plumber remove exposed elbow in basement and replace with PVC.

We are applying the second application of our rubberized duct lining material to all of the heavily rusted underground duct work.

We are applying the first application of our rubberized duct lining material to all of the heavily deteriorated underground duct work. The air ducts will be completely sealed and the air in the home will be safe for the customer to breathe.

Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts have standing water in one section before the furnace. Ran water in the kitchen and the laundry and determined that the cast iron is leaking and getting into the ducts. The air ducts have been contaminated in these spots so it is recommended that they be spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material to encapsulate the contaminated ducts. The sewer also needs to be lined in order to seal off the sewer where the water is leaking out and getting into the ducts.

Lined 25’ of 4” cast sewer from an overhead clean out in the basement that ran under a section of the house that was leaking sewage water out under the house leaving a sewer odor in the house.

Televised sewer from inside overhead clean out. Sewer is 4" cast iron that is scaled and has a belly through a portion of it. Sewer is allowing g sewer gases to enter the house. Propose to line approximately 23 ft from clean out to new PVC outside.

Cleaned 45’ of old 4” cast iron sewer pipe and removed scale from the line. We then lined the sewer 45’ giving the old cast iron pipe a new smooth structure on the inside.

We televised the underground duct work to find it was corrugated metal pipe that was completely rusted away, some areas no pipe left at all, we were able to trenchless cast the entire system creating a new concrete pipe inside of the old rusted metal pipe. Then we were able to apply two applications of our duct armor product to seal the system.
