Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are galvanized metal and showing heavy signs of rust and deterioration and letting stand nes into the ducts reducing airflow to certain rooms. Downspouts all need to be extended to reduce the water next to the house. Once water issue is resolved the ducts should be spincast mortared then spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material.

We are cleaning the underground duct work and applying our trenchless cast mortar to all the bad metal couplings that were rusted away allowing the sand backfill to enter the system and blow through the house, after the mortar hardens we will be applying our duct lining product to seal and encapsulate the entire underground duct work system.
Rodded backed up sewer from inside clean out in basement floor. Sewer has heavy roots in the first 15 ft. Video inspected sewer and saw sewer was in good condition but had heavy root growth at the cast to clay connection. Suggest either periodic rodding or installation of an outside clean out on the cast to clay connection.

We did a video inspection of the underground duct work for a customer that was getting a musty odor out of the vents and found that the kitchen line was broke and leaking sanitary water into the air ducts underground.
Video inspection of a sewer from an inside clean out. There is some cracking in the pipe under the driveway that should be addressed at a later date, but that was not causing the customers backup problems. Believe the 4” cast iron pipe in the basement is scaled and tuff and that is causing the backups. Suggest cleaning the cast iron pipe to remove the scale to allow for better flow.
