We are installing a perforated sump pump pit next to the furnace to alleviate the water from getting into the bottom of it. We are also going to install a section of perforated drain tile under the furnace to capture the water that’s getting into it and run it to the sump pit. The sump discharge line will run out of the house and water will be pumped out from the pit.
We are applying our second application of rubberized Duct Armor material to all of the heavily rusted underground duct work. The customer was experiencing sand and debris blowing out of their air duct vents. Now that the air ducts are completely sealed, the air in the home will be free of sand and debris.

Video inspection of underground air ducts. Ducts are concrete possibly Transite with metal connections that are showing signs of rust. Suggest spray lining ducts with Duct Armor duct lining material in order to encapsulate the concrete possibly asbestos ducts.
