Fiirst of all, when you call their office there always is a nice lady (Rhonda) answering the phone. No endless answering services etc. We were always well informed about when to expect workers. When they had to reschedule the installation, they actually gave us a rebate because they had caused us an inconvenience by rescheduling. Yes, this is true! Hard to believe. The work was done professionally and efficiently. We recommend Trenchless without any reservations. A very good outfit.
