12-29-2022: did a video inspection of the duct work needs mortar and spray(x2) quoted $14,855.00 to restore ducts, kitchen line still not draining to main sewer tvd kitchen line found bottom of 2” cast was missing through about +5’ section. Recommended fixing kitchen line before restoring air ducts.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete ducts possibly Transite with asbestos. Provide proposal for spray lining.
