The technicians were on time, efficient, polite, and worked well around other work that was going on in the site. Despite scheduling challenges, they worked hard to accommodate me.

Tee cone cap on laundry room stack had slow leak, no threads left on tee and tee cone won’t seal, attempted to smooth out corrosion and install new tee cone gasket and cap, also pro-poxy on cap to stop leak until customer has tee replaced with new threads and clean out cap. *** customer needs to have stack clean out tee replaced by plumber, threads for cap are gone and tee cone cap won’t make a water tight seal. ***
11-22-24 Cleaned sewer line and got measurements in preparation for sewer lining. 12-9-2024: installed patch liner 5’x4” from 4” pvc clean out in yard at city main starting liner in 4” pvc near main and ending at connection into city main, lined 4” sewer 70’ downstream from 4” pvc clean out near house starting liner in 4” pvc near clean out and ending in 4” pvc near main, reinstated clean out we lined over in yard, also lined from 4” pvc clean out near house upstream 5’ starting liner in 4” pvc near clean out and ending in 4” cast.
Televised sewer from outside clean outs. Will provide a quote to install a patch in the cast to clay and also at the city main then line from the clean out by the house to the main. Jimk643@comcast.net
Applied a 3mil thick layer of epoxy to approximately 35’ of 4” cast iron from floodgate upstream ending where the kitchen tied in and downstream ending just before the pvc cleanout. Applied a 3 mil thick layer of epoxy to approximately 20’ of 4” cast iron from stack behind dryer.
5/29/24 We attempted to apply 2nd application. Found heavy water in the plenum and beyond. Plumber will be at the home on Friday, May 31st. Property owner thought the plumbing issue was resolved but also the water was shut off to the house. Will call to reschedule when issue is resolved. Lining was not cured from 1st application because of all the water. 6/28/24 televised airducts and cleaned airducts in preparation of second application of duct armor. Applied second application of duct armor to all underground ductwork and furnace box.
Looked at ducts, water in main run to bedrooms will suck water out and spray system.
Televised sewer from inside clean out. Pipe is 4” cast and is scaled. Provide quote for epoxy coating.
Applied first application of duct armor to all underground ductwork and furnace box.
Cleaned and televised all underground ductwork. Applied trenchless spincast mortar to all underground ductwork. Repaired and rebuilt furnace box and register vents with hydraulic cement.
Televised ducts too verify that lining was still in good condition. Ducts appear in tact and liner is in good condition. Water getting into ducts because any drain tile that is installed outside is not at a depth lower than the ducts. Suggest coring through foundation wall then running out to a ditch across the back road.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are galvanized metal and had standing water and sewer flies. Ran water in several areas and believe that the problem is due to the bathtub in hall bath. Recommend a plumber to make a repair then for the ducts to be spin cast mortared and then spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material.
Under slab ductwork video inspection service visit. Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete possibly Tra site with metal fittings that are very rousted. Suggest spin cast mortaring metal then spray lining the system with Duct Armor duct lining material.
Pool line video inspection service visit. Televised pool line from skimmers and from pump area. Also televised from pump area to waterfall. All lines look to be in good condition with no holes or visible cracks.
We are lining 70’ of 6” clay tile sewer line from an inside floor clean out downstream to the city main.
Televised sewer from inside clean out in basement to the city main sewer in the backyard approximately 108 ft to pvc pipe coming off the main. Sewer has several areas with heavy root growth and also some areas of cracking. Suggest excavating in the basement before sewer leaves the house then lining from 4" cast out to pvc before the main.
