Televised underground ducts in lower level. Ducts are transite with metal connectors and elbows. The fitting and plenum are heavily rusted. Water was present in the entire system. Will provide estimate to install sump pit and drain tile. An estimate to spincast and Duct Armor the lower level ducts.
Under slab leak detection service call. Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are spiral wound metal and showing heavy signs of rust and deteriorations. Suggest spin cast mortaring then spray lining ducts with Duct Armor duct lining material.
Televised ducts under slab floor because of sewer smell in house. Found kitchen sink leaking into ducts and also tub and vanity leaking into ducts. Need plumber to fix drain lines then entire system should be retelevised to quote for encapsulation of ducts with Duct Armor duct lining material. Could not see ducts because of standing water at this time.
Video inspection of underground air ducts due to homeowner reporting a smell from some of the vents. There was Stan ding water in many of the vents. Ran the bathtub and could see water rising in vents which means bathtub drain is leaking under slab and getting into ducts. Homeowner needs a plumber to repair leaking drain, then recommend spray lining ducts with Duct Armor to encapsulate contaminated ducts.
