Incredible service. Pleasure to work with. This is the second time I chose Trenchless Innovations for a sewer pipe issue because they are professional, reasonable, accommodating, and caring. Rob is an absolute pleasure to deal with (as are the ladies in the office and the service guys). He is knowledgeable, professional, fair, and perfectly suited to be the face of this company. I’ve never had such a wonderful experience with a service, least of all on both occasions. First time was sewer pipe lining on Thanksgiving of 2021. Second time was today when a sewer pipe blockage made me call them in a panic. Rhonda requested that Rob squeeze me in to be sure that all was well with my previous Trenchless repairs, and while he was here he fixed the real issue - tree roots in the old existing clay pipes. I’m relieved and speechless. I’m also pretty judgy when it comes to dealing with service companies because I always feel like I’m getting shafted or upsold. If I’m happy with a company, I’m happy to make them a staple and spread the word about it. Rob, and Rhonda blew me away again. I’d give them 10 stars if I could, and I’m so grateful this company exists. Would absolutely send all of my friends and family to them, and will definitely use them in the future.

Televised sewer from outside clean out on south side of house approximately 40ft t an area near the collection pit in front yard. Sewer has slight roots at several joints. Uncovered pit and ran camera upstream and got past heavy roots. Also ran camera downstream from pit to city main and saw roots at many joints. Ran camera from clean out on north side to pit. That line looked good. Suggest gigging out the collection pit and making a repair where blockage was then install a clean out. After that a liner should be installed downstream to city main.
Sewer was backed up upstream of outside clean out. Rodded both 60 ft to main and upstream to house. Liner is in good condition. Removed roots.
Video inspection of underground air ducts. Customer is getting water in ducts during heavy rains. Ducts are concrete with metal connections and fittings. Metal fittings have heavy rust the plenum under the furnace also has heavy rusting and standing water. Customer needs to extend his downspouts away from the house and also regrade the side to reduce the water getting under the slab. Once the water issue is resolved the ducts should be spray lined with Duct Armor Duct lining material.
