Metal fittings have heavy rust the plenum under the furnace also has heavy rusting and standing water. Customer needs to extend his downspouts away from the house and also regrade the side to reduce the water getting under the slab. Once the water issue is resolved the ducts should be spray lined with Duct Armor Duct lining material.
