I applied epoxy coating to a residential sewer line today using specialized equipment. After thoroughly cleaning and drying the pipe with high-pressure water jetting and specialized drying equipment, I conducted a precise measurement of the pipe to ensure proper epoxy mixture ratios. The epoxy coating process involved carefully controlling the application speed and pressure to achieve uniform thickness throughout the pipe. I paid special attention to joint areas and previous repair spots, applying additional material where needed. Following application, I used UV curing equipment to ensure proper hardening and conducted a post-installation camera inspection to verify complete coverage.
I recently completed a job installing a 4" liner through an existing inside cleanout near a walk-in freezer and reinstating a 4" floor drain connection in a woman's bathroom. I extended the liner 23 feet to just before a wye connection and then another 30 feet downstream to the manhole. I also reinstated the 4" connection from the woman's bathroom.

We are applying our Trenchless cast mortar to an area of the underground air duct system where sewer water was entering. This section of air duct will now have a strong concrete structure. We are then going to apply our rubberized duct lining material to that area and the rest of the underground air ducts system. The air ducts will be completely sealed and the air in the home will be safe to breathe.
Video inspection of underground air ducts. Ducts are galvanized metal that is heavily rusted and allowing sand into the system. Ducts will be rebuilt with Trenchless Casting and then spray lined with Duct Armor.
