The evaluation visit by the two gentlemen was very positive. The survey was completed efficiently and with courtesy to my house and furniture. Both were helpful and they left things clean. Showed up on time as scheduled and shared information that was quite helpful for me to understand the mitigation process that was proposed for my house. Once the process is completed, I’m looking forward cleaner and healthier air. Highly recommended.

Looked at house and clean outs in the house. The area that is having a problem does not have a clean out on the stack. In order to tv and to descale a clean out would be necessary. Referred Tom Kamchatka to install a clean out on the back stack before we tv.
Applied a second coat of Duct Armor to all underground ductwork and the furnace box. The application involved thoroughly cleaning the surfaces before applying the duct sealant to ensure maximum adhesion and effectiveness. This coat provides an additional layer of protection against air leaks and thermal loss, improving overall system efficiency. After application, inspected the area for complete coverage and ensured that all ducts and connections were properly sealed. The system is now better insulated, enhancing its performance.
Cleaned the sewer line by jetting and descaling to remove blockages and buildup. Filled a void where the bottom of the pipe was missing to prepare for lining. Installed a patch liner, starting from the grease basin at the back of the building, and extended it from the inlet to the grease trap, finishing in a 4” PVC section near the outside cleanout. The liner was carefully positioned and secured to ensure a seamless repair and restore the integrity of the sewer line.
Provided an estimate for installing a spot repair liner. The process includes: Preparation: Clean and inspect the damaged area of the pipe. Liner Installation: Insert and inflate the liner to fit the damaged section. Curing: Allow the liner to cure and set, forming a new, seamless pipe wall. Inspection: Conduct a final inspection to ensure the liner is properly installed. The estimate covers all materials, labor, and necessary equipment. The final cost will depend on the length and condition of the pipe needing repair.
Televised all underground ductwork. Applied first application of duct armor to all underground ductwork and furnace box.
Televised and cleaned all underground ductwork. Applied trenchless spincast mortar to and elbows and connections in underground ductwork. Repaired and rebuilt furnace box with mortar.
While televising the under-slab ductwork, I found the existing concrete encased ducts with metal fitting transitions were compromised. To restore air distribution integrity, I proposed an EPA-approved spin cast and spray lining application using Duct Armor sealant. This proven technique will effectively seal any cracks or gaps, reinforce duct structure, and inhibit future air leakage into the conditioned space.
5-6-2024: cleaned all tree root out of sewer, did a video inspection of the sewer up to 4” cast under home and out to city main no tree roots in line after cleaning. Installed 5’ spot liner at cast to clay connection, installed 5’ spot repair at pvc to clay connection just upstream of clean out with heavy roots, and installed 9’ spot repair liner downstream of clean out from 6’ to 15’ where tree roots were coming in 3 joints.
Televised sewer from outside clean out. There are roots at clean out at pvc to clay connection. There are also roots at cast to clay connection and also roots downstream of clean out for about 6ft. Provide proposal for lining 3 spots.
Televised air ducts. Tee was found to be deteriorated. Mortar connections/corners/spray line. Excavation may be necessary. An estimate will be provided for restoration.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete with metal fittings that are very rusted. Suggest opening floor in several areas to access the ducts then spin cast mortaring then spray lining with Duct Armor duct lining material
Air duct inspection service call. Televised air ducts under slab floor. Bathtub is leaking and causing water to enter the air ducts. Need to have the bathtub drain fixed then spin cast mortar metal fitting and then spray line entire system with Duct Armor duct lining material.
Repaired register boot with hydraulic cement. Cleaned and televised all underground ductwork. Applied duct armor to all underground ductwork.
Televised sewer from outside clean out back into stack in house. Cast iron is slightly scaled.
We are applying the second application of our rubberized duct lining material to all of the underground pvc duct work.
