2-14-2023: Cleaned and measured in preparation for lining, did not install spot repair liner at 24’ mark used pan and tilt camera to verify its not a break but a cross connection and need to get OK from city that the tie in’s are dead and can be lined/ covered over. 3-31-2023: installed spot repair liner over cross connection in street before city main where pipe was heavily cracked and had heavy root growth, also lined 6” clay sewer 35’ to city main starting liner in 6” pvc just downstream of clean out and ended liner in 6” clay just before city main.

The elbow under the foyer from the vent near the front door is broke allowing stone to enter the ducts. This would need to be dug to be replaced. Downspouts need to be extended all around the building and some type of retaining wall installed to prevent water from accumulating next to sliding glass door.

We are cleaning all the underground duct work, installing a 3’ spot repair liner in the main line where a breach in the pipe was allowing the gravel back fill to fall in and block air flow off for the bedrooms, and also sealing the entire underground duct work with our duct lining product.
