Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are galvanized metal and very rusted allowing sand to enter the system. Suggest spin cast mortaring with a possible patch liner in one location then spray lining ducts with Duct Armor duct lining material.
After conducting a televised inspection of the ducts, I confirmed the integrity of both the mortar and spray lining applications. The examination revealed no signs of damage or deterioration, ensuring the structural soundness of the duct system. With a clean bill of health, homeowners can rely on continued efficient and reliable airflow throughout their property.

I responded to a service call for a residential pipe repair in Park Forest, IL today. Upon inspection, I identified damage at the cleanout in the backyard, affecting the pipe leading to the main sewer line. I applied a temporary fix by inserting a line to address the critical issue. Additionally, I provided the homeowner with a detailed estimate for the complete replacement of the damaged pipe section.

There are cracks in the street and also a piece of clay that is broken on top but still in place.
