The team at Trencheless Innovations was outstanding. From diagnosis to job completion, it was clear they had the know how needed to fix the crumbling main sewer line in our 100 year old house without tearing up our entire basement and front yard. We now have piece of mind that this critical function of our home is taken care of for the next 50 years+. They are so good and so in demand that the only downside of our experience was how long we had to wait to get scheduled because of how far out in advance they are booked.

Cleaned tree roots out of sewer line and got measurements for sewer lining. Line sewer from pvc outside cleanout in gravel drive on left side of house starting in 6” pvc and ending downstream short of main approximately 45’ in length. 1-12-26 Lined sewer from pvc outside cleanout in gravel drive on left side of house starting in 6” pvc and ending downstream short of main approximately 45’ in length.
televised sewer to verify that liner is in good condition and everything looked fine. Looked at sum pip in front of house and saw that water level was up opver the level of the drain tile. Hit the test button on the Watchdog system and was able to get pump to activate. Pit is 36” deep so advised that the pump should be looked at and when that is being done the pit should have holes drilled in it to perforate the pit and pick up water at a lower level. Check valve on ejector pump can also be lowered to minimize the amount of water draining back into ejector pit.
10-30-2025: Cleaned and measured sewer in preparation for lining from 6” pvc outside clean out in front yard about 65’ upstream ending just before 4” cast elbow, and install spot repair liner overlapping inversion liner at 4”-6” transition around 90 elbow at base of stack ending up cast stack in crawl space. 12-19-2025: lined sewer from 6” pvc outside clean out in front yard 56’ upstream starting liner in 6” pvc near clean out and ending in 6” cast near 4” elbow at base of stack, installed 4’ silicate spot repair liner over lapping liner in 6” cast and ending on vertical drop of stack lined around 4” elbow at base of stack and through 4-6” transition.
Hydro jetted sewer from outside cleanout 60' in to stack. Televised sewer from this outside cleanout and the entire pipe going in is full of stone. Televised from inside cleanout in crawlspace area to outside cleanout from 3' onward it is full of stone. The stone is coming from a break in the cast iron under the furnace at 3-7', Will send estimate to break up in furnace room, remove stone to open hole and line from the open hole the entire length of the cast iron. Line is 1 1/2' Deep.
7-16-25 Cleaned and measured sewer line in preparation for sewer lining. Need to bring long breaker bar to break baffle in catch basin when we come to line sewer. 8-6-25 Inserted a 6” liner through the existing catch basin in the driveway extending approximately 90 feet downstream to just before the city main. Reinstated stack connection, 2 downspout connections, and connection where the neighbor ties in.
Televised sewer from catch basin on side of house in driveway approximately 90ft to city main. Sewer has roots at various joints. Will provide a proposal for lining.
Cleaned sewer and applied epoxy coating 3mil to 15’ of 4” cast from stack in basement up to previous lining from outside clean out.
Used mini miller from stack clean out in basement to clear heavy roots in branch line, 11’ wants quote to epoxy coat or patch
Sewer line video inspection service call. Televised sewer from outside clean out to main. Sewer is lined from clean out to city main. Sewer is also lined for 30ft upstream. Suggest an installation of a clean out in the back of the house and also possibly inside in order to address the lateral line coming from the main stack in the house. also televised from the clean out outside on the kitchen line. Will provide a rough estimate for installing liners once the clean outs are installed.
Televised Sewer from catch basin on side of house but could not get all the way to the main due to a blockage. Located and it is in the parkway. Suggest ridding to clear blockage then retelevising to main. There is a location in front of the house that is heavily cracked where a connection is possibly drain tile or downspout. Suggest digging to make repair then installing a clean out at that location.
Televised sewer from outside clean out. Sewer was backed up at first when we arrived, but we were able to clear with the camera. Sewer has heavy roots going upstream to house and the cast iron is cracked on top allowing roots in. Downstream has roots at most joints for first 30ft. Provide proposal for lining
