I am very satisfied with the service from Kevin and Trenchless Innovations. Kevin took the time to explain and allow me to observe the process. It was a pleasure speaking with Rhonda on the phone to get updates on scheduling. I literally contacted 17 plumbing contractors for estimates. Only 9 did pipe-lining. Trenchless Innovations was the best price by far saving me thousands. I would certainly recommend them.

Applied a 3 mil coat of epoxy to three metal joints in 10” transite pipe to keep water out of line. Encapsulated over three joints and entire line with duct armor.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete with metal fittings. Suggest spray lining ducts with Duct Armor duct lining material to encapsulate the concrete ducts.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are pvc with metal fittings. Found area where two tees are rusted and allowing pea gravel to enter the system. Provide proposal to possibly install tees or break up floor if tee cannot be installed.
Excavated outside to the left of the patio just underneath the kitchen windows in the landscaped area. • Installed a 20” wide by 36”to 48” deep perforated sump pit in an excavated area backfilled with ¾” stone with sealed cover. • Installed sump pump in the new pit and run a discharge line up and over the back door then running along the south side of the house discharging above ground in the grass to the right of the garage. • Cored into foundation to alleviate pressure under foundation and Installed 4” perforated corrugated pipe. • Tied in new perforated corrugated line into newly installed sump pit. • Backfill excavated area with dirt. • Removed all debris from the worksite. Ran discharged line into newly installed pvc that ties into corregrated French drain that runs to the Storm drain in the street.
Under slab ductwork video inspection service call. Televised ducts on slab portion of house. There is a booster fan that is not running leading to the front part of the house. There is a shift in the duct running to the back of the house. Will provide a sewer repair proposal for trying to clear the rock out.
Ductwork video inspection service call. Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete ducts with metal fittings and connections. There appeared to be water staining in line that runs nearest kitchen sink and laundry tub but all other lines looked in good condition. Water staining could have been from a previous sewer backup. Suggest spray lining to encapsulate the concrete ducts because of the sewer backup.
Ductwork video inspection service call. Televised ducts to verify their current condition. Noticed the fittings are rusting which is letting debris and dirt into the home. Recommended spin cast mortaring and spray lining to correct the issue.
Under slab duct video inspection service call. Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete with metal fittings that are very rusted. Suggest spin cast mortaring the metal then spray lining the entire system to encapsulate the concrete pipes.
Ductwork video camera inspection service call. Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete possibly Transite with metal fittings and connections that are rusting. Plenum is also rusted with bottom gone. Downspouts need to be run out further or reconfigured. After that the ducts should be spin cast mortared then spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material.
Sewer pipe re-lining service call. Rebuilt the plenum and cleaned 10 inch line 25 feet. Applied Duct Armor to pipe and plenum.
Ductwork video camera inspection visit. Televised duts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete ducts with metal fittings y that are severely rusted allowing sand and dirt to enter the system. Suggest spin cast mortaring the metal fittings then spray lining the entire system with Duct Armor duct lining material.
Cleanout replacement service call. Changed clean out to schedule 40 because water line is in same trench. Had clean out inspected then backfilled.
Air duct inspection service call. Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete ducts with metal fittings that are showing signs of rust. Recommended air duct repair. Suggest spin cast mortaring of the joints then spray lining system with Duct Armor duct lining material.
Kitchen sink drain line video inspection service visit. Televised kitchen sink line from under sink and identified a hole in the pipe where the 2” connects to the 4” from the floor drain. Pushed camera through floor drain and verified the hole that was visible from the sink line. Will provide proposal for installing an outside clean out then opening hole in laundry room in order to descale then line all of cast from laundry to cast to clay.
Sewer line cleaning and sewer line repair service call. 6-22-2023: cleaned and measured sewer line in preparation for lining. 6-23-2023: lined sewer from 6” pvc clean out in front landscape 45’ downstream to city main starting liner in 6” pvc and ending liner in 6”clay just before city main.
