Kevin Wall & Josh Reid arrived about 10AM and began the process of cleaning and relining the kitchen drainpipe. They were both very professional and explained the processes they were using to fix our drain line. They were here all day, but they were friendly and efficient in their jobs. It is wonderful to see two young men so dedicated to their craft and maintaining a positive attitude throughout the tasks at hand. John and Kevin arrived our location at 10:00 am to look at our situation. They came in, got under the kitchen sink and opened to clean out pipe and promptly began to insert camera into the 4” pipes. They performed a complete inspection of our lines and determined that our pipes were a good candidate for their product. We had received an estimate from another company that would require removing our 10 ft. Granite countertop and cabinetry then dig out the concrete slab to reach the pipes about 10”-12” below grade. Trenchless Innovations has removed that painful situation from the table and will give us a much better option. Thank you John, Kevin and Robert for making our day much more pleasant. Them metal is showing heavy signs of rust and deterioration and there was standing water in the run leading from furnace to the front of the house. Work needs to be done on gutters. Once water issue is resolved the ducts should be spin cast mortared then spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material.

Property in the back and left side is all sloping towards the house. Neighbors downspouts are also dropping next to foundation. Suggest possible sump pit and pump outside to control water issue. After water is resolved the ducts should be spin cast mortared then spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material.
Performed video inspection of sewer lateral lines for 6-unit building at Whalom Lane. Identified cracked clay pipe sections with obstructions from root intrusion under front lawn area, approximately 40 linear feet. Provided estimate for excavation and replacement using 6" schedule 40 PVC piping. Includes sidewalk/landscape repair, permit fees. Also quoted for relining cracked sections using epoxy pipe lining method, if acceptable by local jurisdiction. Lead times and terms outlined.
Inserted a 5’ spot repair liner through the existing outside clean out and positioned it over the 4" to 6" cast to clay connection. Inserted a liner through the existing outside clean-out extending upstream approximately 27 feet ending in the previously installed patch at the cast to clay connection. Inserted a liner through the existing outside clean-out extending downstream approximately 22ft ending just prior to the city main sewer.
During a recent job, I cleaned all areas where stone and backfill were entering the line. To address the issue, I applied RS 100 sealant to the affected areas, effectively preventing further backfill intrusion. This ensures the integrity of the line and prevents future blockages, maintaining proper system functionality.
Conducted a detailed inspection of the ductwork under a slab floor using a specialized television camera system. The ducts are constructed from concrete. After assessing their condition, it is recommended to apply a spray lining to protect and seal the ducts efficiently. A formal quote for the spray lining service will be provided, detailing the scope of work and the necessary materials to ensure a durable finish and improved air quality.
Completed a CCTV inspection of the sewer line, tracing from an external cleanout back into the house and extending to the city main sewer. This diagnostic approach allows for a precise assessment of the sewer's condition. Based on the inspection results, a lining of the sewer is recommended to enhance durability and prevent future issues. A detailed proposal for this sewer lining project in Schaumburg, IL will be provided, outlining the scope and costs involved.
Descaled approximately 9’ of 2” and 4” cast iron pipe. Flushed loose scale to main line. Filled the hole in the 2” pipe with epoxy. Applied a 3 mil thick coat of epoxy to 9’ of 2” and 4” cast iron pipe.

Excavated outside to the left of the patio just underneath the kitchen windows in the landscaped area. • Installed a 20” wide by 36”to 48” deep perforated sump pit in an excavated area backfilled with ¾” stone with sealed cover. • Installed sump pump in the new pit and run a discharge line up and over the back door then running along the south side of the house discharging above ground in the grass to the right of the garage. • Cored into foundation to alleviate pressure under foundation and Installed 4” perforated corrugated pipe. • Tied in new perforated corrugated line into newly installed sump pit. • Backfill excavated area with dirt. • Removed all debris from the worksite. Ran discharged line into newly installed pvc that ties into corregrated French drain that runs to the Storm drain in the street.
