Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are a combination of pvc and Transite ducts. There was slight standing g water in the front to the left of the front door. Slight possible signs of mold. The plenum appears to have been changed but has rusting. There is a sump pit in the garage but the pump appears to be not working. Suggest replacing pump to see if that solves water issue. If not suggest installing a different pit and pump in a different location in the garage.
