Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are pvc ducts with metal elbows and fittings that are showing signs of rust. Inspection outside shows downspout on side of house needs to be extended. Water is pooling next to house on side. Grading on side and front can also be raised slightly to help water flow away from the house. Ducts should be spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material to encapsulate pvc and cover rusted metal.
