Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are spiral wound galvanized metal showing signs of water and sand infiltration along with rusting. There was no standing water at the time of the inspection but water lines and debris was visible. Suggest possibly installing a pump on each side of building along with drain tile through the foundation wall to control the water issues. After water issues are resolved the ducts should be spin cast mortared then spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material.
Televised sewer from inside clean out to septic tank. Sewer is scaled and has one area with slight roots at top. Will provide proposal from descaling and lining.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete ducts possibly Transite with asbestos. Concrete ducts are in good condition with rusting on the metal fittings. The plenum has heavy sand build up. Suggest spin cast mortaring the fitting then spray lining ducts with Duct Armor duct lining material.
