Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete possibly transite with asbestos. Concrete ducts look in good condition but metal fittings are very rusted. Metal fittings would need to be spin cast mortared then the entire system spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material, but several locations in the floor would need to opened up in order to provide proper access to the ducts. The registers are too small to fit mortared equipment in.
Sewer line repair visit. During sewer line inspection, televised sewer from multiple areas then smoke tested by blowing smoke into sewer from laundry connection. Saw smoke coming from floor drain that is broken under floor level. Also saw smoke getting into the ducts. Suggest breaking up area under kitchen sink/ laundry then running a new line over to the main line. After that it is recommended that the sewer be lined from open hole out to just outside house or to city main.

There was standing water in the ducts that rain along the kitchen and laundry side of house. Suggest smoke testing and televising of small drains with small camera to determine possible leak.
We are applying the second application of our rubberized duct lining material to all of the heavily deteriorated underground duct work. The air ducts will be completely sealed and dirt and debris will no longer flow throughout the air vents and into the customer’s home.
We are cleaning all of the heavily deteriorated underground duct work with our special high powered vacuum in preparation for our duct lining process. Once all of the dust and debris is cleared from the system, we are going to apply two applications of our rubberized duct lining material to completely encapsulate the system.
