Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are Transite with metal connections and elbows. There was slight water in ducts in 2nd bedroom and bathroom. Neighbors downspout is running directly towards this building and should be redirected to the fron to avoid water next to this building. After water issue is resolved the ducts should be spin cast mortared on the metal connections and then spray line the entire system.
