Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete ducts possibly Transite with metal fittings and connections that are rusting and allowing sand to enter into the system. There is also heavy sand in the plenum. Suggest spin cast mortaring the spray lining with Duct Armor duct lining material.
