Cleaned all underground duct work. Rebuilt plenum box with hydraulic cement. Applied first application of duct armor to all underground duct work 5/6/25 Applied second application of duct armor to all underground ductwork and furnace box.
Televised and cleaned all underground ductwork. Applied trenchless spincast mortar to all elbows and connections in underground ductwork. Repaired furnace box and all register vents with hydraulic cement. 4/25/25 Applied first application of duct armor to all underground ductwork and furnace box. 5/1/25 Applied second application of duct armor to all underground ductwork and furnace box as well as all register vents.
I sealed up the front panel by plenum better. Everything is looking good at this point. Customer is satisfied with the quality of the work.
Televised ducts to confirm no water in the system. As liner were clear with no signs of water.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are pvc ducts and are showing signs of water infiltration and possible mold growth on inside of ducts. Suggest cleaning then spray lining to encapsulate.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts appear to be PVC ducts with metal fittings and connections that are allowing sand to enter into the system from outside the ducts. The plenum is also rusted with sand on the bottom. There appear to be water marks in the ducts but there was no standing water at the time of the inspection. Suggest spin cast mortaring the joints repairing the plenum then spray lining the system with Duct Armor duct lining material. Downspout an d gutters have been replaced but only on this unit. Other units on building are not. Downspouts on this unit are extended underground
I recently completed a job where I inspected and cleaned ducts under a slab floor. The ducts were made of PVC and had metal elbows. I found some sand in the joints, but no signs of water issues. I will provide a proposal for spray lining the ducts.
Under slab leak detection service call. Televised ducts under slab floor. Duct are PVC ducts with metal fittings and connections that are allowing sand to enter the system. The plenum is also very rusted and deteriorated. Will provide a proposal for spin cast mortaring then spray lining ducts.
Televised sewer from inside clean out on stack out to pit outside. There is a broken tile but sewer can still be lined. Propose for installing liner in either one or three lines.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are galvanized metal and very rusted. There was standing water in ducts at time of inspection. Downspouts need to be extended above ground. If after taking care of downspouts the water still gets in system a sump pit and pump would be needed to control water. After water is controlled the ducts should be spin cast mortared then spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material.
