Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are clay tile ducts and there is sand entering the ducts from the joints. Suggest spin cast mortaring joints then spray lining entire system with Duct Armor duct lining material.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete ducts possibly Transite with asbestos with metal fittings and connections. The ducts are suspended in the crawl that is only 2ft deep with no access. The vapor barrier in the crawl space is old and deteriorating. Suggest spray lining ducts to seal out moisture from crawl space.
We are applying our Trenchless Cast mortar to all of the heavily deteriorated metal underground duct work. The air ducts will be strong and have a concrete like structure. We will then apply two applications of our rubberized duct lining material to completely encapsulate the system.
Video inspection of underground air ducts, Found heavy deterioration and rust in 12" ducts. Needs a sump pit and pump installed to control underground water that's entering into the system. The 12" spiral duct needs Trenchless Casting to restore the structure integrity of the pipe, and two applications of Duct Armor will be applied.

Homeowner needs to extend all downspouts away from house to reduce the water that is accumulating under the house. After the water issue is resolved it is recommended that the metal joints and fittings be rebuilt by spin casting a new concrete pipe in those areas. After the fittings are solid the system should be spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material
