Replacing 3 heating and air conditioning systems was something we feared would be a traumatic experience. From our first contact with Weston Tanner, the Triple "T" team were responsive to our needs and made excellent recommendations to economically upgrade our 18 year old systems. They finished the job on time with minimum inconvenience. They left our site in pristine condition. Jeremy and Brandon, the technicians who did the work, were on time and stayed on schedule. They clearly communicated their intentions and what we should expect throughout the entire process. Their trucks and uniforms were always clean and it gave us confidence that their work would be of the same high standard. And it was! They are clearly at the top of their profession and we would never consider using another company.

Jesse arrived, diagnose the problem and put in the new part. Then checked all the vents to see if the cold air was coming out at a good temperature. He then recommended to check with the office to have a estimate for the install of a new unit for our home seeing that our unit is 15 yrs. old. He was friendly and explained the reason for the new condenser and answered all our questions..We will recommend your company and your service men highly. Thanks for coming out on Saturday!!
