Called and next day they were out. Since it was my heater and Temps were low he offered to come out after I got off of work just to make sure I had heat that night, but it wasn't necessary. Fast at finding and replacing bad part. Very friendly and professional. Will definitely use them again.

Able to discuss issues and upgrades that were needed for our A/C. He charged the system with freon, cleaned up fan in attic, checked all of ceiling vents to assure that proper air flow. Would definitely use his service again.

Great service. Very nice and friendly. I have 3 kids and felt very comfortable letting him in my home. The price for parts and labor were excellent. Charged me $200 when once before another company said it would cost $500 for just one if the things.

When my compressor went out due to a lightning strike Luke made a point of being there to diagnose the problem when it was convenient for me. Once it was determined that the compressor was done for, Luke gave me several options and answered all my questions so I could make an informed decision. Once I gave Luke my decision (a complete system replacement) it took just 1 day to get the equipment. The following day Luke showed up at 7:00 am as promised and worked all day to be sure I was cool again before he went home to his family. I can't say enough good things about Vander Voort Air. You will never regret working with Luke and Vander Voort Air.
