Jim Ault and his Watkins colleagues are about as good as a furnace replacement experience gets. Professional, competent, straightforward, and priced most competitively. After 4-5 estimates, Watkins came out on top for a 97% Efficiency, 100 BTU gas furnace. The crew was focused, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Five Gold Stars to Watkins!

After switching from my original HVAC installer by requesting a second opinion on a heat exchanger, I joined Watkins Protection Plan. I was able to arrange my A/C tuneup just days before my original 10 year warranty expired. Chris did an excellent job on the tuneup and luckily there were no problems. Watkins 1st visit did find a problem that required a new motherboard that was covered under Trane's parts warranty. c
