The tech came to the house because we didn’t have heat for 2 days. She diagnosed that it was a blower issue and we placed an order for a new unit. After 6 days without heat we had another tech who came in to install the blower, but the issue was actually a bad controller board. The heat was enabled as a bypass until the scheduled control board install. We were basically without heat for 6 days in February when the temps were below freezing for all days. The new tech did refund the service cost of the original tech for our troubles, but we were still uncomfortable for six days.

He took his time to diagnose the issue, easily explaining any questions i had along the way.
