Lucas, as the sales and comfort specialist was exceptional at understanding what we needed/wanted and tailoring a competitively priced system to meet it. Follow up was great and made it clear that Watkins was keenly interested in ensuring the system was working well and that we understood how to operate our investment to our satisfaction and comfort. The installation crew (Ryan and Doug) were SUPERB. Efficient, hard working, helpful, courteous, clean and very proficient in the skill (and art) of installing the system with precision.
