Disappointed I did not get a call back when placing the service call, as original person could not answer what Error code 067 was. That alone may have been able to save a trip. All in all, this is going to be about 1 hour's worth of work for roughly $300. I will be shopping for another authorized Trane service provider after this.

Eli was so nice and pleasant. Nice smile, he explained everything introduced himself, and then he got to work on the furnace. He replaced the filter, which was really bad, as I have a golden retriever who loves to lay in front of the register. I don't do Facebook or Google but I am very pleased with what Eli did, and he explained everything in a very professional manner
