I can't say enough about the knowledge and professionalism shown by Lee and his team during our furnace and A/C system install. They arrived very early in the morning and did almost two 12-hour days of work--one day they didn't even leave for lunch. They were all very polite and mindful of keeping outside doors closed to keep pets from escaping. They did not play loud music. After so much work, they took their time, after the heat was on, to check the system carefully and explain everything to us. We have used many heating/cooling services since moving to Ohio eighteen years ago, and were at the end of our rope as far as who we could trust to tell us the truth about our system--Watkins finally did it. We are happy to have them as our new service providers. Thanks guys!

While getting quotes for a new system, Ben was the only salesperson to collect data from our house to analyze what we needed. He communicated clearly to me and responded quickly to a phone call from my husband, answering his questions. When the team arrived for the installation, Ben had detailed all the information to them, and they knew what to do without having to check with us. After the install Ben came out and inspected the job and made sure we were satisfied. Not only does our system work well, but we have no hesitancy about making Watkins our new heating and cooling service provider, because of the knowledge and professionalism displayed by Ben and the service members.
