I was very impressed with Ben and his system knowledge and ability to not only sell me a new system but to sell me on the company's values and code of ethics. I liked Ben's ability to relate to the customer and their needs. Watkins has very courteous people behind the scenes answering their phones and scheduling the install and follow up appointments. Job Well Done !!
