Late Summer Service??

Jacob was fine, but we never received the summer service from your company per our paid service program. This was supposed to be our summer service in November? Why? I told Jacob it wasn’t necessary since it was no longer summer, and we’re not running our AC when it’s 40 degrees outside - Jacob agreed and left. Hopefully, our upcoming winter service will actually be performed during winter? The following ratings does not reflect Jacob’s performance, but rather the late scheduling by Watkins.
