Jamison and the other guys that helped him out were very professional and knowledgeable. He made sure I understood everything before he left. They also pretty much installed a new HVAC system in a tiny zoo of dogs and cats and they did so with little barking from the crazies somehow. Very appreciative, thanks for everything!

Issues: 1) Jacob was 40 minutes late. 2) It had rained and Jacob came in without shoe protectors on and left wet footprints on our carpeting that we had to clean. He did use them after I asked him to.

I have one of Watkins service plans. Because of this, Watkins proactively reaches out to schedule the seasonal hot water heater and furnace flush. It was easy to schedule with a reminder text received the day before the service. Nick was great to work with. Very thorough, informative, and friendly. Efficiently checked through my systems and flushed the water heater. Great service all around. Glad to be a Watkins plan member.
