Cost was higher than expected but sales and install experience were excellent.

Rob did a great job of reviewing the options for replacing our total HVAC system, considering both cost and comfort. Once we had decided on a system, he got us on the schedule in 2 days for install, which was great because our a/c was struggling in the 90+deg weather. The installers, Brandon & Dave were also great to work with. They were both very courteous and respectful in explaining the install process and carrying out the work. Rob then returned to check out everything and answer any questions. We are grateful for all their efforts.
