We started experiencing issues with our heat pump during the night when the temperature began to get down below 0° I called Watkins in the morning and while I was on the phone with them, they were able to schedule me for later that afternoon. Technician Chris came out and was able to figure out what the issue was quickly. All for $99. Can’t beat that kind of service for the price. Thanks Watkins!

I was not pleased with the response of the staff during office hours. The furnace was not working in cold weather. Due the lack of availability of daytime technicians, the only option offered was to wait four days until Tuesday of next week. I had to call after hours to receive emergency service. You almost lost a customer.
