Technician was very helpful.

The technician was great and responded to my concerns. The total cost was more than expected -- I was not told I would be paying a service call PLUS the one-year service fee. Would helped to have been told at the beginning.

AC tune up refer to health inspection report. Indoor unit performing well there is a little sign of a previous water issue that had taken place but given current state it does appear like it’s an issue that has been resolved, it’s merely cosmetic at this point. Indoor unit is not protected with a surge protection device would recommend given its a warranty protection device. Outdoor unit performing well only concern is there is some contact buzzing/chatter coming from contacts when energized this can cause some issues with motors and capacitor if left unresolved but at the moment equipment is running. Outdoor unit much like the indoor unit and does not have surge protection this is a warranty protection device and helps keep equipment safe from electrical irregularities in grid system that can be caused by accidents, lightning strikes, or faulty problems with power grid equipment. There are no IAQ products in use these will help provide exceptional air quality and promote respira

Came to residence for prepaid WSC tune-up on a '12 ac system. Equipment functional upon arrival. Upon inspection of the indoor systems, I found all mechanical and electrical components are operating properly. The temperature split is good indicating there is proper refrigerant levels. The static pressure is excellent and all systems are functioning well. Moving outside, I found the condenser is in great shape. The fan motor is leaking some oil and is not very free moving, indicating it is starting to die. I tried adding some light oil to the axle but this will likely not help the motor very much at all. All other components are operating properly and all electrical measurements are within manufacturer specifications. See health report card for any specific information. The homeowners elected to renew their Western Savings Club Maintenance Program Membership for another year for their furnace and ac. I mentioned we now offer annual water heater maintenance as part of the maintenance

2009 bryant ac tune up prepaid. The contactor is pitted. The blower wheel is dirty. Today I did a 29 point ac tune up. The ac is ready to run this summer.

Came out for no cool. Found capacitor was dead. It was put in 2019 so I replaced that. Also found the outdoor condenser coil was covered with debris I cleaned that today. Signed home up on msc club we will return to do a full tune up on system. System was working properly when I left the call.

I preformed two AC tuneups today. Only thing to report is that the upstairs condenser fan is amping at its limit and both compressors are amping close to there limit at start up. Both AC’s where running when i left.

Call for heating concern with furnace. Initial observation showed the furnaces filter was being pulled into the blower motor and once removing the filter it was extremely dirty and furnace was fighting so hard to pull in air it nearly pulled the entire filter inside. These 1” filters should be being replaced atleast every two months max. Last filter changed from the history gathered was nearly 2 years ago. Given history of these types of furnaces performed a safety inspection to verify furnace is safe to run and did find the traditional signs of this furnace to have failed, pictures taken for documentation. Given current state recommend not running furnace until it is replaced. Gas for unit shut off at ball valve and electronic gas valve in furnace. Customer is going to have their warranty company give them options about furnace. Be cautious of how they decide to install a new furnace because if they put in a unit that is a 3.5 ton and above and not place it on an airbase with a

Today we were out for our complimentary AC tune up. While going through the tune up I found that the system was in great working shape! The only part that showed any wear was the capacitor. I recommended adding a hard start to the system to prevent any further wear to the capacitor today. Beside that Frank wanted a couple extra filters for the system.

I preformed a AC tune up today there is a few things going bad on the system. Contactor, cap, and compressor. The evap is clogged with dirt, the blower motor and blower cabinet in extremely rusted out. The system is over 20 years old. I recommended replace over repair. The customer wants to let it die out before replacement. I installed an ecobee thermostat. AC was running when i left.

Came to residence for prepaid MSC tune-up on a '10 ac system. Equipment functional upon arrival. Upon inspection of the outdoor condenser, we found all components and measurements are within manufacturer specifications. Moving inside, we found the 20x25x1 filter was dirty and replaced it. The thermostat was having some issues as it is pretty old and the cool button on the side is broken. The homeowner is considering upgrading. We also found the furnace is one of the ones under recall/warranty for potentially bad secondary heat exchangers. We inspected the secondary heat exchangers and found them in good condition, but they will need to be monitored for a few years. We also found the humidifier pad is degraded and in need of replacement, and the humidifier drain line is very clogged and needs to be cleared/replaced. Homeowner said she will likely schedule for a return visit for that in mid April. The blower wheel is also dirty and should be cleaned soon. The homeowner will likely wait

Came to residence for prepaid MSC tune-ups on two '16 ac systems. Equipment functional upon arrival. Upon inspection of the left outdoor unit, I found all components to be operating properly at this time. I cleaned off the condenser and the disconnect and checked all electrical parts. Upon inspection of the right outdoor unit, I found all components to be functional according to manufacturer specifications. On further inspection of the inside unit for the main house, I found the 24x25x4 filter was dirty and replaced it with homeowner approval. I also found the blower wheel is starting to get dirty and recommend having it cleaned in the fall. All other components are good to go. On further inspection of the basement apartment unit, I found the 16x25x4 filter was dirty and replaced it with homeowner approval. All other parts look good and are functioning well.
