Came out today for an AC tune up! The system inside is very dirty with very limited access. Taylor was out here a few months ago and discovered the same thing. Based on the condition of the system I recommeded she speak with Sharee again to go over the best option for her situation. Couldn't go to the condenser today, Jill is going to contact the property management and possibly have us out later to complete the tune up phone call Anytime after 1:30
