My experience with Ryan Hansen was great! I was disappointed to hear that my repairs would be costly, but he was very helpful and direct, answering my questions without being round about or pushy. He also wanted to make sure I knew about all of the options available to me, and did not treat me like I had no idea what was best. I would be happy to have him back. We’ve been using them for about 10 years and always been happy with their service. The technicians are very knowledgeable as well as respectful. The only issue we had this week was they missed their first appointment, which was odd for them. However they explained what happened, apologized and rescheduled. I would recommend them to all my friends.

The part the technician changed in 10 minutes costs $9.00 in HomeDepot. However, I had to pay $244.00. The price was by al means excessively high. You have done work for us in the past and I have been satisfied, that’s why si called you, but this time you lost me as your client.

This system will get a $2000 rebate from Rocky Mountain power. $800 rebate from dominion energy.
We screwed all 5 supply vents to the ceiling, and two return vents as well.
Arrived at job and and found system to be operating, after looking into system and doing some testing. Also checking with tech support we have confirmed the pressure switch was bad. Brady or a service tech will be out to replace pressure switch when we revive it. The furnace is operational just won’t kick into high stage.

Installed filter and filter rack 16x25x1 Installed lineset Installed condensate pump and hose Tested system Charged ac As per Jason, we need to send out a service tech to take a look at the furnace, the pressure switch isn't working correctly, and when he tried to order the part he was told they don't make them anymore.
We showed up to asses why the ac wasn’t working. The homeowner said he went and pushed the disconnect in and it fired right up. Looked everything over and it was running good.
6/5/21 warranty install - returned to put furnace up on a box added 20x25x1 filter upsized return drop from 8x20 to 8x24 * need to return to install b vent flex for exhaust pipe.
A.c. Warranty says coil keeps freezing up Filter was plugged see pics if necessary. Checked charge at 8 degrees of sub cooling Replaced 16x20x1 filter Recommended that you change filter once every 1 to 3 months If freezes again check filter.
