Quarterly maintenance and filter change out. Inspected both rooftop units. Both belts in good condition. Replaced filters. Inspected and cleaned all coils in the kitchen. Clean both ice machines by running them through cleaning cycles. Inspected all door seals. I did find one rooftop unit with a pretty dirty evaporator coil. I cleaned it today while I was here.
