Wes Denning was very nice and let us know that although our units were operating well he advised us not to spend a lot on costly repairs that may come up because our units are 20 years old. He said there are rebates available now and may not be for very long. We told him we would decide what to do if future repair estimates were high.

Came out for prepaid tuneup. Ac is a 2019. I replace filter today it was provided. Temp split is in required range. All electrical components are testing properly and working properly. LRA is high on the compressor amps. It’s right next to where it supposed to be recommend adding a hard start kit to lower this and prolong the life of the AC. I hosed down condenser coil‘s. Refrigerant levels are testing properly. Capacitor on the blower housing is testing at a 5% drop should not exceed 6%. Coil and blower both clean. See health report card for questions. Ac was when I left the call. Option for hard start kit was declined today.
Installed full system New pad New service disconnect Installed new coil and condenser Charged system. Charge weighed in.
Change out thermostat to programmable April Aire 8463
Seven 4x12 ceiling registers installed five 4x10 ceiling registers installed three 14x14 filter grill returns installed Honeywell t6 pro thermostat installed.
Furnace replacement on a box with an upgrade return drop
Opened up swamp cooler sprayed it out deposits. Drained water Fixed bent rain gutter.
Removed Ac side panel and installed new side panel that is not damaged.
And we ran the new 2 inch flue liner connected all the PVC parts that we needed to. We didn’t run a combustion pipe we are just going to pull in questionnaire from the room. We already set the gas pressure the first time we were out there but we did test both high and low stage heating to make sure they were both working properly and didn’t trip any pressure switches. Everything seems to be fine and they should be ready for the winter.
