Super— they all need to receive a raise. And I don’t say this lightly.

The four individuals that were there were absolutely marvelous. They are master craftsman at their jobs.

Ty was awesome, he was here right when he said he would be, which was great because it was a Saturday. Was able to fix the issue that day. I would recommend this company to friends.

Ben was very friendly, on time. He put the date on our new filter. And even put a screw on the top, like we do! (It makes it easier to get it out). I have no complaint what so ever. He's a keeper! (Not sure what it cost. We paid for the year).

Today I came out for 2 furnace and 2 AC tune ups! I started with the West side units (older ac and furnace). The furnace seemed to be in good working order, the only problem that I found was water that had been leaking down from the AC into the Blower motor compartment. The AC was also in fairly good shape for the year again beside the water issue. Inside the AC coil there is a lot of corrosion which plugged the drain. The 2 newer units are working exactly as they should with no issues whatsoever. Today I recommended and replaced a capacitor on the older AC. This should help it from any additional unnecessary damage. Both systems need a filter change. The older unit is a 16x25x1 MERV 8 filter. And the new unit is an APRILAIRE 210. Upon arrival spoke with tenant about ac not blowing any air . So I began troubleshooting and found that the blower motor had seized up not providing any airflow to the system . Checked with Ferguson for warranty part and furnace is under warranty until Oct 2022 . Quote customer price for labor to replace blower motor . Customer would like to check to see if his home warranty will cove labor repair cost .

I responded to a no cool call today. Upon inspection i found that the evap was frozen. I was able to melt it off quickly and find that the problem was the evap being covered in dirt. I also found that the furnace is very old (1990) and is a natural draft furnace. I spoke with hyrum and made him aware of the evap and age of the furnace. He had be do the cleaning today. While is was cleaning i looked at the heat exchangers and was unable to find a crack but they are extremely rusted. I recommend replacing the furnace due to heat exchangers and age. I called Hyrum for payment but only got his voicemail. I left a message saying the office will reach out for payment. AC was running when i left.

AC tune ups refer to health inspection report form. Main Unit Fiber filter being used these filters are not very effective at keeping equipment clean. This type of filter will likely lead to inefficiencies due to dirt and debris build in the components. Static pressure is good with current filter in place but with that being said this filter is not going to help keep equipment clean and will inevitably lead to complications with function because of cleanliness of equipment. Blower motor compartment and wheel are dirty. Upstairs Unit Filter in use is a fiber filter these filters do not help aid in cleanliness of equipment. With the way the equipment is performing as well ideally we have a little more return coming to equipment as well as a larger filter. Both sets of equipment do not have surge protectors on the equipment itself. Equipment does not have any indoor air quality products in use. Recommendations refer to estimates.

Complete AC tuneup informed customer that has static pressure is at a 1.2 and we need to get that address. Emailed customer estimates to add an airbase and April air filter cabinet, I also included estimates for a hard start, blower cleaning and a active pure air scrubber

The 2018 amana system recieved a furnace and ac tund up today. The duel capacitor on condenser was at 21% drop. This needs to be warranted. They need a hard start as nd ac renew to help the new capacitor to last longer. The furnace does not have a surge protector. Today I did two 29 point tune ups. One furnace and one ac. I added a new duel capacitor under warranty. I added a hard start to outside ac. I added a surge protector to inside furnace. They renewed there msc plan. The systems are ready to run this year.

Came to residence for prepaid MSC tune-ups on a '07 and a '06 Tempstar furnaces located in the basement. Equipment functional upon arrival. Upon inspection of the smaller left-hand furnace, I found the 20x20x1 filter was dirty and needs to be replaced. Homeowners elected to purchase their own and replace when they can. The static pressure was also slightly high, likely due to the dirty filter. All other electrical, mechanical, and gas components are operating properly and within manufacturer specifications at this time. Upon inspection of the larger right-hand furnace, I found the 25x25x1 filter was dirty and replaced it with a homeowner provided filter. All other components are operating properly at this time. See health report card for any specific information on either furnace. Homeowners are Maintenance Program members and have not received their annual ac tune-up yet under their current membership due to the virus last year. Their membership is supposed to lapse in a few days
