Came out for a prepaid furnace and ac tune up. Found the blower for system is leaking oil at the bottom see picture. Found no cracks in the heat exchangers. Combustion Analysis is proper. Inducer motor is loud when running needs to be replaced to stop problem. All electrical components are testing properly and working properly. See health report card. Furnace was working properly when I left the call. Ac found the capacitor is testing above required amount. Found there is a little burn spot on contactor at bottom. I am getting proper volts. Temp split was in required range. All other electrical components are testing properly and working. See health report card. System was working properly when I left the call.
After AC tuneup customer said heat was not working. Found that one of the wires on the blower capacitor had been left disconnected accidentally. Replaced the wire and the blower turned right on. Furnace is now working.
AC tune up refer to health inspection report form. Filter is dirty should be replaced in the next month or so given current condition. 1†filters need replacement after about a month or two of use ideally to keep everything running smoothly and appropriately. There is a thin layer of dust on inside of of blower motor compartment and on the evaporator coil. Main reason for this is these fine particles of dust are able to make it through the filter in use the way we can fix this is using a higher rated filter at the sacrifice of airflow, which is not recommended because this will have a negative effect on efficiencies of AC and Furnace use. The other and more practical way is by adding an Air Purifier. An Air Purifier in effect ionizes these small particles where they become attracted to one another and clump up and are then able to be caught by the filter because of their larger size. Randy invited us out today for an AC tune up today! The unit was installed in 2013 and overall running very well. The inside unit has been kept very clean. Going outside there was one part that had fallen outside of manufacturing specs, the capacitor. We swapped that out today for a new one and also added a hard start to the system to help prevent future wear in the same place. Thank you for having us out today!
Call for cooling issue. Found wires from thermostat not appropriately seated in their respective terminals to control board. Fixed wiring and verified airflow unit is a two ton condenser, outdoor unit. System is moving appropriate air considering AC size if there is any issues with cooling capacity this next summer give us a call and we can come out reevaluate homes needs.
I performed an AC tune up on 2014 Amana system. The system is working properly, only concern is a high static pressure. I changed the filter. See health report card for more details.
Performed ac tune up. You told me that the fan motor was making noise. Tested fan and the windings are bad on the motor. Rest of the system is running well and within specs. You did not want to renew or do repairs at time of service. System is up and running upon departure.
I preformed an AC tune up today. I found that the coil was causing static pressure issues due to it being very dirty and in need of cleaning. The filter is also very dirty and causing static pressure issues the land lord said they had some filters and would come out and change it. The condenser outside has a bad capacitor reading 12% out of its range. Along with this the compressor is amping high at start up, this is likely what has mad the capacitor go bad. The contactor also has burning and pitting on it that will cause improper connection, it should be replaced. The system is 22 years old, i suggested looking at the price of repairs and the cost of a new system they decided to get a new system and said they would likely call us back towards the end of the summer for a system replacement. The AC was running when i left.
Thermostat fan mode was in On. Changed it to auto. Function checked system. System is running properly. System up and running when I left.

Upon inspection, I found that both 16x25x1 filters in the furnace we're dirty. I replaced one with a plastic-framed homeowner provided filter. All other electrical, mechanical, and gas components are operating properly and within manufacturer specifications at this time. See health report card for any specific information. Homeowners expressed interest in a duct cleaning. I have little knowledge regarding this so I told them I'll have the office call and figure out an estimate for them.
