System doesn’t have a lot of air flow coming out of vents. Static pressure shows a lot of air getting stuck in evap coil and not enough return to the system. Evap coil looks like it’s packed with dirt and the surface dirty was cleaned off. There is extensive water damage in system. Blower motor is leaking oil. Blower wheel is packed with dirt. Due to age and extensive cleanings and repairs I would advise in replacement. I included some repairs that cover basic to most extensive. I don’t know how clean we can get that coil with out removing it, but it is an option if you like. We have a comfort advisor that will be coming out between 930 and 1130 to give options on replacement. System is running when I left.

Call for furnace operation trouble. Found the inducer to be filled with water from history gathered one of the kids in the home puts garden hose down the exhaust flue on the side of the house and caused the excessive amount of water present in inducer. While draining inducer did come across a dead bird and a lot of twigs and other debris that likely was brought in by the bird. The flue needs to be opened up and cleared of any debris to help furnace run appropriately as well as keep exhaust gases able to be removed appropriately. Removed the bird and debris and resealed exhaust flue. Blower motor compartment is very dirty and it would be best from a longevity standpoint to get cleaned and begin using a 16x25x2 filter by removing dividing bracket in filter cabinet and using a filter rated at 8-10 MERV. His will help ease the amount of dust making it into the system while also helping maximize the airflow through the system. Blower compartment cleaned with blower motor. System checked a

The 1994 bryant ac recieved a 29 point tune up. I changed there washable filters today. They have not added ac renew. They could use a new humidifier pad. The ac was running when I left.

I preformed an AC tune up and furnace tune up today. Only thing to report is that the disconnect has come off the wall outside. Matt said he was going to fix that himself. The compressor is also over amping when it starts up, this is pretty common for its age. What caused this is just how the refrigerant cycle works. I recommend a hard start to help the over amping and to keep the compressor from damaging its self, the capacitor or the fan motor. Both Furnace and AC were operational when i left. AC was running when i left.

Jim and Marcia invited us out today for an AC tune up! We installed the system last year and so far everything is wearing and testing perfectly! I recommended a hard start today to save the compressor from any unnecessary wear over time. Marcia wants to wait on that for now. Thank you for having us out today! Please give us a call if you. Have any questions

Janelle invited us out today for an AC and Furnace tune up. The furnace was installed in 2002 and is starting to show its age.. While going through the furnace this is what I found; The blower assembly is getting pretty dirty and the blower motor itself is starting to leak oil. The inducer motor is pulling more power than allowed and making a rough sound on start up. Lastly I found that the igniter is about to go out. The AC was installed in 2013 and is looking good! I had one recommendation for the AC system and that was a hard start to help the compressor over the rest of the life of the unit. I went over these options in priority with Janelle today but she wants to hold off for now. Thank you so much for having us out today! Most important thing today is to replace the filter in the system.

I responded to a no cool call. I checked the coil to verify that there was no freezing. The evap coil is very dirty and in need of cleaning. I moved out side and hooked up my gauges and tested the cap. The cap is fine but the system has almost no refrigerant inside of it. It’s an r22 system with a low psi of -3 and a high of 43. The valve core is potentially leaking to. The system is 13 years old this year, over all i recommend replacement over repair as repairs cost more than the system is worth. Mark is on his was out this morning to give a estimate for a new system. AC was not running when i left.

I performed an AC tune up on a 2008 Lennox system. The system is working okay. The temperature split is not optimal, I believe is because of a dirty blower wheel. I recommend doing a blower wheel cleaning. The AC compressor LRA is a bit high I recommend a Hard start kit to help address this issue. That can help the compressor live longer and work better. Other than that the system is working properly. See health report card for more details.

Call for equipment running constantly. Found thermostat calling for fan on. This will keep the fan running nonstop and not necessarily the AC itself. Once switch to the auto mode it shut off appropriately. Tested cooling function just to make sure we were cooling we have a 19.3 degree temperature split which is where we like to see it. Would recommend running a 4” filter in the filter cabinet it will help improve airflow and they will last longer than the 1” filters being used.

Came out for a prepaid furnace and ac tune up. Found the blower for system is leaking oil at the bottom see picture. Found no cracks in the heat exchangers. Combustion Analysis is proper. Inducer motor is loud when running needs to be replaced to stop problem. All electrical components are testing properly and working properly. See health report card. Furnace was working properly when I left the call. Ac found the capacitor is testing above required amount. Found there is a little burn spot on contactor at bottom. I am getting proper volts. Temp split was in required range. All other electrical components are testing properly and working. See health report card. System was working properly when I left the call.

After AC tuneup customer said heat was not working. Found that one of the wires on the blower capacitor had been left disconnected accidentally. Replaced the wire and the blower turned right on. Furnace is now working.
