We were very impressed with the service provided by Joe. He quickly located the problem causing a water leak in our furnace/air conditioning unit. He fully explained the problem and then fixed it. But he didn't stop there he also noted another problem we were not aware of and fixed that as well. He arrived on time for his appointment and left us happy with his good work. We've also been happy with the service provided by all of the Western heating and A/C technicians that have provided service for us.
