I have complete trust that Ty knows what he is doing and is looking out for our welfare and I also felt there was way too much of sales pitching going on trying to sell me something I do not want nor need at this time. Which is unfortunate. I will definitely use him again.

Came to residence for complimentary first year ac tune-up on a '20 ac system. Equipment functional upon arrival. Upon inspection of the outdoor condenser, I found all electrical and mechanical components are operating properly. All my electrical measurements are good and the unit is functioning well. Moving inside, I found the Aprilaire 210 media filter is in good shape and doesn't need to be changed for at least another 6 months. The blower and evaporative coil are clean and the airflow in the system is very good. I changed the filter reminder setting on the thermostat to 9 months, as that will be close to the time it should be checked and/or changed again. See health report card for any specific information. Homeowners complimentary Western Savings Club Membership expires in five months. I also mentioned that we now offer annual water heater maintenance as part of the maintenance program. Complete AC tuneup. I clean the blower wheel assembly and added a surge protector. I also added an April Aire conversion kit
Came out for bogo tune up. Found there is no hard start kit on ac or surge protector on furnace. I found no issues with furnace or ac. Gave some options for IAQ. See health report card. I had office block wes and I out on Thursday just in case Quinn decides to do IAQ options. System was working properly when I left the call. Duct work is 14x20 size. Need to build a transition.
Performed quarterly maintenance and filter change out. The unit for the kitchen has developed a thick grease residue on the heat exchangers and every time the heat kicks on it creates smoke causing the unit to trip the smoke alarm which has to be reset manually. This needs to be addressed by removing the heat exchangers and washing them with a pressure washer. Cost for this repair would be $1000. I was able to get the ac to work as long as the heat isn’t switched on. I ran both ice machines through a cleaning. Cleaned all coils.
Quarterly maintenance and filter change out. All equipment is running properly at this time.
