Western consistently has the nicest, most professional techs that provide such great peace of mind. They walk you through what they are doing and why, giving as much or as little info as you want. Ben even chatted up our really curious 2-year-old son, telling him about the lights and the filter and the heat exchanger :-).

The furnace tune-up was performed by 2 very friendly, knowledgeable technicians, Ty and ... ( sorry I am horrible at remembering names). They were here on time and accomplished their work in a very timely manner. They explained what they had found and then were on their way. The 2012 bryant ac msc tune up. Compressor starting to amp high on start up. Today I did a 29 point ac tune up. Ac is ready to run this summer.
Reformed ac tune up. System is running well. Compressor is amping high. We installed hard start to help with the over amping. Rest of system looks good. Talked with you about surge protectors for the system. System is up and running when i left.
