I am pleasantly surprised at how great of service I received. Justin is one of the coolest technicians I've met. Aside from friendliness, he was on time (how often do you get that from anyone??), was dressed professionally, and communicated well. Our problem ended up being simple, but he was straight forward about it, didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need or want. He gave us very useful knowledge about how to maintain our A/C and answered all of our questions. I feel like I got more than by money's worth. Him and his work has stood out positively from any kind of technician I've ever encountered. I feel that they are more than reasonably priced and will call them the next time I need help! I bought a new furnace from Western Heating & Air. They have great customer service. With any questions I have or concerns they have been right there to take care of me. I went on there plan to have yearly check up on both the furnace and air conditioner, they call me to set those up and the technicians they send are professional and always leave things clean. I have been so very pleased with there work and care. I'm glad I found this company to work with.
I preformed 2 furnace and 2 AC tuneups today. The blower wheel on both furnaces is in need of cleaning, the cap in the basement furnace is gone bad, the upstairs furnace needs a drip leg to meet code, and both compressors are over amping at startup. I suggested hard starts cleaning and a new cap. Customer wanted to talk to her husband before doing anything. Everything was running when i left.
AC tuneup on a trane air conditioner. System is an overall good condition. We want to keep an eye on the contactor on the air conditioner outside as it is showing some signs of wear. Tightened all connections capacitor measures within specification. Temperature split is good. I did notice the filter was dirty. I installed an April air conversion kit and converted the filter cabinet to an April air 810. All other equipment is operating as it should at this time.
The 2011 ac recieved a tune up. They have never added ac renew. Today I did a 29 point ac tune up. The ac is ready to run this year.
Chris called us out today to perform an AC tune up at MaryAnna’s house. The AC system is about 10 years old and functioning well. I have one recommendation for the AC system, and that is a hard start. The hard start will help take a load off of the capacitor when the system kicks on. Overall, extending the life of the components on the AC. Second, I recommend a surge protector at the furnace to prevent any sort of damage that way and keep the system from falling out of warranty.
Quarterly maintenance and filter change out. All equipment is running properly today.
