Gas valve intermittently sticking closed. Part is still covered under factory warranty, labor is not. Replaced gas valve under factory parts warranty. Set gas pressure to 3.2"
Gas valve was stuck closed. Verified the control board is sending power to it properly. Smacked the gas valve while it was energized. Valve opened and furnace is operating now. Cannot guarantee it will continue to work. Part is still under warranty until July. Sent proposal for warranty gas valid replacement. Manufacturer is saying at least 2 week backorder. We will reschedule when we have the new gas valve.
Gas valve on furnace was shut off. Turn on gas valve and turn thermostat up to 79 in heating mode. System ran with no issues while on site.
